Job Title: 16 Hour Sales Assistant

At Stephen James BMW, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide insightful advice and vehicle presentations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Provide accurate vehicle specifications and answer customer queries with confidence.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product range, including new technologies, to provide expert advice.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, arrange test drives, and ensure the showroom is always presentable.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or hospitality.
  • Intermediate IT skills and a valid UK driving license.
  • A positive attitude, passion for customer service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
