About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Consultant to join our team at Swarovski. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable brand experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany customers on a mesmerising journey through our world of wonder.
  • Create an emotional connection with customers and provide a spellbinding experience.
  • Anticipate customer needs and share inspiring styling tips.
  • Showcase and present our legendary products.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a real passion for luxury fashion and jewellery, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer orientation. Previous retail experience is a plus.
