About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our stunning Atlantic Rise development in Bude, Cornwall.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our development, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing general customer service and being the point of contact for our owners and tenants
  • Regular checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
  • Working alongside our internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
  • Facilitating external contractors
  • Ensuring that the Health and Safety requirements of each development are met
  • Assisting with the move-in process and ensuring a smooth transition for our customers
  • Organizing events and activities for our customers, fostering a sense of community
  • Dealing with emergencies quickly and calmly

You will be our 'person on the ground,' ensuring everything is ready for move-in day, maintaining effective maintenance services, and keeping records and event diaries up to date.

We are looking for someone with a flexible approach, warmth, and insight to build relationships with all our owners in the development. Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Google Workspace, are essential.
