About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our stunning Atlantic Rise development in Bude, Cornwall.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive exceptional customer service and support. This will involve providing a high level of service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for contributing to the development of our customer service strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer feedback and complaints.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer service strategy, working closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Development and Completions, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate external contractors and ensure that our residents receive a high level of service from them.
  • Ensure that our residents are aware of and comply with our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Organise events and activities for our residents, creating a wonderful community and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Deal with any emergencies quickly and calmly, ensuring that our residents receive the support they need.
About You

We are looking for an intuitive and personable individual who is able to build strong relationships with our residents. You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to use your initiative to resolve issues and improve our customer service.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to use a variety of internal systems and reporting tools. Experience of facilities/property and a knowledge of health & safety would be an advantage.
