We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our Contracts Management Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Contracts Management Team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Deliver high-value projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Support the Directors in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Take overall responsibility for Health and Safety on projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Deliver projects and programs on time and within budget, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Construction or Fit-Out industry as a Contracts or Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing the delivery of projects and contracts from inception to completion.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiating, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Able to travel extensively throughout the world as part of the role.
