About the Role

This is a residential care home for adults aged between 21-31 with severe learning disabilities, Autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviour, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake the deputy management of supporting people with complex needs, ensuring your team provides person-centred support and care.
  2. Effectively lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest quality care and support.
  3. Responsible for delivering best practice in social care while continually developing the service.
  4. Opportunity to use your skills in an environment where effective management of people and processes is critical to service success.
  5. Excellent management and leadership skills are essential.
What We Offer

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £14.10 per hour and an annual salary of £27,495. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role that offers:
