About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Registered Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients on the Hugh Squier Ward, a 20-bedded adult unit providing acute and rehabilitative care.
  • Work collaboratively with the ward team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Take delegated responsibility for a group of patients during each shift, ensuring their needs are met and their care is coordinated.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.

Working Arrangements

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. You will be required to work a rostered shift pattern, including days and nights.
