Overnight Maintenance Technician – Facilities Management Provider - Corporate Environment

We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable facilities management organization. We are currently in search of two dedicated maintenance technicians to support a corporate office contract. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks alongside the existing maintenance team.

The ideal applicant will possess a solid background in Facilities Management and demonstrate a successful history in either electrical or mechanical maintenance. In exchange, the organization offers a competitive salary package, including overtime opportunities, ongoing training, and potential pathways for career advancement.
Working Hours
  • Continental Shift - NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY from pm to 06:00 am - a combination of 6's, 4's, 3's, and 2's
  • Ample Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
  • Lighting maintenance (including small installations, troubleshooting, and lamp replacement)
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections
  • Managing control panels
  • Replacing ballasts
  • Monitoring BMS Systems (e.g., temperature control)
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance logs
  • Plumbing tasks (such as unblocking toilets)
  • Servicing pumps and motors
Qualifications
  • Electrically or mechanically certified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • Ability to provide proof of trade qualifications
  • A proven history in commercial property maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with diverse capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client-facing experience
