Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for Housekeeping staff in collaboration with Housekeeping Managers.
  • Conduct departmental induction training and ensure new staff members are equipped to meet our high standards.
  • Organize and document legal training requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide corrective training as needed to maintain exceptional service quality.
  • Maintain accurate training records and logbooks, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist with the recruitment process for Housekeeping colleagues, helping us find the best talent to join our team.
About You:

We're looking for a highly organized and communicative individual with a good general level of education and experience in supervisory or training roles within a hotel, cleaning, or service industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, and experience in Group Trainer Training, On Job Training, and Advanced Health and Safety is desirable.
