Housekeeping Team Leader - Accommodation Operations Manager
At Center Parcs, we strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our high-quality accommodation. To achieve this, we need a skilled Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our units and public areas.
This role involves supervising a team of Housekeeping Assistants, providing training and development to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. You will also be responsible for organizing and allocating duties, motivating and developing your team, and monitoring cleaning standards.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Department to ensure maximum security is maintained within the department, including keys, stores, guests, and company property. Good verbal and written communication skills, an organized and methodical approach to work, and flexibility are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of accommodation units and public areas
- Provide training and development to Housekeeping Assistants
- Organize and allocate duties to ensure efficient operation
- Motivate and develop the Housekeeping team
- Monitor cleaning standards and ensure maximum security
Requirements:
- Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge and exposure of using technology and hand-held devices
