About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Account Handler to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd. As a Claims Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims from first notice of loss to settlement, ensuring company standards are met in relation to all technical and operational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and negotiate claims in a professional manner
- Liaise with insured, insurers, and brokers to achieve timely and professional conclusion of claims
- Produce reports in compliance with professional standards and internal guidelines
- Ensure time reporting and billing is compliant with internal standards
- Attend client review meetings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Claims experience within Property, Motor, and Liability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
