About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Cambian, a leading provider of complex care services for young people. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our residents.
  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard, meeting the needs of our residents and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and resolve any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential, with Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Full UK driving license required.
