Assistant Showroom Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join our team at our Yorkshire showroom and Head Office. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales through face-to-face contact, and developing a wide range of product knowledge to help customers choose the right look for their home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets through face-to-face contact and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our stone and porcelain tile products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Calculate quantities and specify requirements, produce quotes, and process orders to meet customer needs.
- Support with arranging customer deliveries and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Contribute to the development of the business direction and continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or trade industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for interior design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Professionalism, excellence, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
