Showroom Host Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Showroom Host to join our team at JCT600 in York. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all visitors receive a professional and courteous welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Care for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors, demonstrating our commitment to their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist as necessary to maximize the customers' comfort while they are on site, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in customer-facing areas, ensuring our dealership maintains a professional image.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of our products and services to answer sales and service enquiries from customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers, providing a personalized experience.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • An impeccable standard of personal presentation, reflecting positively on our dealership.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, and professional approach to work.
