Position: Residential Childcare Support Worker
Location: Flexible
Compensation: £12.02 per hour
Work Schedule: Ad-hoc shifts available
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Residential Childcare Support Workers to join our team on a flexible basis. This role allows for adaptable working hours without contractual commitments, providing you the freedom to choose your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized support plans and maintain effective communication with team members
- Observe and record any changes in behavior and support requirements
- Establish constructive relationships with young individuals, colleagues, and external professionals
- Ensure the safety and welfare of the young people in our care
- Manage health and safety responsibilities while adhering to established policies
- Engage with external organizations as needed
- Provide assistance to young individuals in various circumstances
Qualifications:
- Experience working with at-risk youth
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
- Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or a commitment to pursue one
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Strong computer proficiency
