About the Role

Virtuoso Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Mortgage Case Manager to join our team. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing loan applications, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Processing: Prepare loan applications for referral, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • CeMap Qualification: Possess CeMap qualification or be willing to obtain it with assistance from the company.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet and exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) levels.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a first-class personalized service to customers, intermediaries, surveyors, and solicitors throughout the loan process.
  • Application Accuracy: Ensure all applications are accurate and complete before submission to lenders.
  • Case Management: Process applications through to legal completion in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Documentation: Verify all supporting documentation has been provided.
  • CRM Management: Load and scan client information onto the CRM system.
  • Review and Communication: Set reviews to ensure application processing is prompt, communicate with lenders throughout the process, and check loan documentation for accuracy.
  • Solicitor and Broker Communication: Regularly communicate with solicitors and brokers through to legal completion.
  • Compliance and Notes: Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and commentary for compliance purposes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience in processing loans.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Well-organized, with a good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure with decision-making responsibilities.
  • Integrity and Flexibility: High levels of personal and professional integrity, highly organized, and flexible approach to working.
  • Compliance and SLAs: Fully understand and comply with operational procedures, FCA requirements, and SLAs.
  • Work Ethic and Teamwork: Determined to succeed, high energy levels, and a good team player.
What We Offer

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
