**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Management**: Supervise a team of 6 accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for local management and US Corporate headquarters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for direct and indirect expenses, providing analysis and commentary on monthly actual results and variances to plan.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with US GAAP and UK tax regulations, including statutory accounts and annual audit processes.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
