Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead the accounting and finance function for our client's EMEA business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate assessments of monthly results, providing robust data and analytics to drive performance management, and owning the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the development of business cases to support investment decisions and drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial plans and results.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
