We're seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager to join our team at MCR Property Group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating enduring value in the property market.
MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, operating nationally with offices in various locations. Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential, industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site teams and advise on necessary staff resource to deliver projects.
- Take full responsibility for on-site Health and Safety – must hold valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
- Ensure quality management, drawing issue control, and change control.
- Detailed sequencing and programming of works onsite to ensure safe, efficient delivery of projects.
- Provide on-site solutions as problems arise while liaising with Project Managers.
- Ensure stringent quality standards are maintained.
- Manage site teams to ensure compliance with HSE, Building Control, and other legislative bodies.
Requirements
- CSCS (Black Card Preferable), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid at work are essential.
- Scaffold Inspection, Lifting Operation, and Combined Spaces Awareness are desirable.
- Residential Experience (including low/medium rise apartments) is essential (PLC experience would be an advantageous).
- A good level of qualifications and CPD to back up site experience will show commitment to the career path.
