Mcr Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, operating nationally with offices in various locations. Our primary focus lies in developing new build and conversion residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio covering every asset class, which includes around 7,500 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing on-site teams and advising on necessary staff resource to deliver the project.
  2. Taking full responsibility for on-site Health and Safety – must hold valid SMSTS and CSCS cards.
  3. Quality management, drawing issue control, and change control.
  4. Detailed sequencing and programming of works onsite to ensure safe, efficient delivery of the project.
  5. Providing on-site solutions as problems arise while liaising with the Project Manager.
  6. Ensuring stringent quality standards are maintained.
  7. Managing site teams to ensure compliance with HSE, Building Control, and other legislative bodies.

Requirements

  1. CSCS (Black Card Preferable), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid at work are essential.
  2. Scaffold Inspection, Lifting Operation, and Combined Spaces Awareness desirable.
  3. Residential Experience (including low/medium rise apartments) is essential (PLC experience would be advantageous).
