About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of MCR Property Group, a leading independent real estate investment and development company. As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering our residential and industrial projects, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage on-site teams, advising on necessary staff resources to deliver projects efficiently.
  2. Take full responsibility for on-site Health and Safety, ensuring compliance with HSE, Building Control, and other legislative bodies.
  3. Implement quality management, drawing issue control, and change control processes to maintain stringent quality standards.
  4. Develop detailed sequencing and programming of works onsite to ensure safe and efficient delivery of projects.
  5. Provide on-site solutions as problems arise, liaising with the Project Manager to ensure effective communication.
  6. Ensure site teams comply with HSE, Building Control, and other legislative bodies.
Requirements
  1. CSCS (Black Card Preferable), SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid at work are essential.
  2. Scaffold Inspection, Lifting Operation, and Combined Spaces Awareness are desirable.
  3. Residential experience (including low/medium rise apartments) is essential, with PLC experience being advantageous.
