Your Role

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, guest services, and guest experience teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be prepared to adapt to changing situations, from peak periods to unexpected events, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in a senior front office role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury boutique hotel or large hotel chain.
  • Skills: Proactivity, stellar decision-making skills, ability to deliver top-notch service consistently, training and coaching abilities, and expertise in hotel management systems.
