Praise Consultancy Limited is a leading Professional Services organisation with a Retail Business Consulting team. The Role:
As a Retail Business Consultant, you will contribute to the design and delivery of major transformation programmes, including designing new operating models, building business cases, and supporting the delivery of change programmes or undertaking evaluations for clients. You will ensure you are up-to-date with the latest market trends and technological innovations for retail and be keen to build your knowledge and experience of relevant solutions and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes to support system redesign and process improvement projects, delivering client objectives.
- Test hypotheses effectively and support the development of new opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to develop new tools that enable clients to solve problems.
- Create clear and engaging presentations for clients with simple narratives for complex problems, drawing out recommendations and communicating effectively.
- Coordinate work across the team proactively, ensuring readiness for client meetings and delivering work to deadlines with accurate internal reporting maintained.
- Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest market trends and technological innovations in your domain.
- Support clients' objectives for transformation by assessing current processes, operating models, and technologies to determine opportunities and threats for the business now and in the future.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a Retail Business Consultant with retail experience and a solid understanding of our clients' markets and their challenges. Specifically, knowledge of Commercial or Space Range and Display processes is essential. Experience in Food or Fashion to General Merchandise or DIY is also desirable, but most importantly, you must be passionate about retail and interested in learning and developing.

- Ability to articulate and perform clear communications to mixed audiences in writing, through presentations, and one-to-one.

- Outcome-focused approach, determination, and tenacity to achieve, with the ability to work flexibly in a team.

- Expertise in retail business analysis.
