GFO-X, a leading financial institution and regulated trading venue, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join their team.

GFO-X is a pioneering company in the digital asset derivatives market, offering a unique and exciting opportunity for individuals to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO and Sales Team, handling a wide range of tasks including:

  • Managing complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Coordinating diary management across multiple time zones
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating CRM systems
  • Maintaining and updating sales databases, CRM systems, and sales pipelines
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the Sales Team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably in the banking, finance, or digital assets industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
