- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care.
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of mental health theories, models, and interventions, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Basic life support training and first aid certification.
