About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and complex needs to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with autism and complex needs to live independently and achieve their goals
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the needs of each individual
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals to help them build confidence and self-esteem
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and community integration
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:
