Reward and Benefits Manager

Job Summary:
Frazer Jones. Careers is seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR Operations department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our reward and benefits strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on reward and benefits matters to HR Business Partners and the wider business.
- Lead the analysis of data related to annual reward cyclical activity, including salary reviews and salary sacrifice.
- Manage the annual reward calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reward-related activities.
- Develop and maintain reward policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
- Produce accurate and up-to-date data reports to inform business decisions.
- Lead the annual benefits renewal process, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reward and benefits, with a strong understanding of salary reviews, salary sacrifice, and bonus pools.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to scrutinize data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A curious and innovative mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and propose new ideas.
