We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Benefits Manager to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA.
About the Role
This is a key position that will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our company's reward and benefits strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on reward and benefits matters to HR and the wider business.
- Lead the analysis of data related to annual reward cyclical activity, including salary reviews and salary sacrifice.
- Manage the annual reward calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reward-related activities.
- Develop and maintain reward policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
- Produce accurate and timely data reports to inform business decisions.
- Lead the annual benefits renewal process, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to employees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in reward and benefits, with a strong understanding of salary reviews, salary sacrifice, and bonus pools.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to scrutinize data and provide accurate reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR and the wider business.
- A high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
