About the Role

As a Leisure Facilities Assistant Manager at Center Parcs, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sports and leisure facilities, including the Pottery Studio. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining a high standard of guest care and setting high standards in building management and leisure facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a high standard of guest care and set high standards in building management and leisure facilities and equipment.
  • Motivate and develop team members associated with these areas.
  • Support with facilitating and developing a culture that promotes and encourages the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team.
  • Ensure effective performance management strategies are in place and your team are actively contributing towards this.

Working Hours

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused individual with supervisory experience and a proven track record of delivering high standards. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and develop a team.
