Overview of the Role

As a vital part of our Marketing division, you will contribute to the execution of Weightmans' marketing strategies. Our Marketing team comprises various units, including business development, communications, CRM, events, brand enhancement, and project management.
In your capacity as a Campaigns Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the team in executing the marketing strategy while adhering to budget constraints.
- Implementing impactful campaigns for the Firm that align with established business objectives.
- Collaborating with the Campaign Manager and/or Head of Communications & Campaigns on designated projects as needed.
- Executing comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at client acquisition and retention.
- Participating in the implementation, monitoring, and assessment of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating with other marketing team members to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Engaging with external partners, such as designers and printers, to facilitate campaign activities.
- Managing budgetary constraints and reporting any discrepancies.
- Composing, editing, and proofreading promotional content for marketing materials.
- Ensuring adherence to the Firm's brand identity across all campaigns and communication channels.
- Providing regular updates on campaign performance, including web analytics and KPI evaluations.
- Continuously measuring the ROI of the campaigns you manage.
- Guaranteeing the accuracy of marketing materials and following formal approval processes.
- Gathering and analyzing data to inform new campaign strategies and assess existing initiatives.
- Overseeing the organization of exhibitions and events.
- Staying informed about the Firm's social media strategy and executing it across various platforms.
- Keeping up with current marketing trends.
- Contributing to specific projects such as legal directories and research, while also being available for ad hoc tasks within the marketing team that may require additional support.
This list is not exhaustive, and you may be expected to undertake other duties that fall within the broader scope of the role. As a Campaigns Executive, you will also ensure compliance with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures, consistently aligning your work with our core values.
Candidate Profile
Given the diverse nature of this role, we seek individuals who can adapt to various tasks with a flexible mindset. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a business-to-business services environment, preferably within professional services.
- Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior partners, providing appropriate advice and challenges.
- Strong commercial awareness and insight.
- Well-honed project management, time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient IT skills with a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Confidence, assertiveness, and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms.
- The ability to produce high-quality written content.
- Flexibility, as the role will primarily be based in one location but may require travel to other offices.
