Breast Imaging Superintendent

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Breast Imaging Superintendent to join a highly reputable hospital based in Lincoln as part of the Mammography team.
The role involves working as a Breast Imaging Superintendent, joining a friendly and motivated imaging team who are highly skilled in providing exceptional knowledge and services across the hospital.
The team are passionate about providing person-centred care and putting patients at the heart of everything they do, and we are looking for a like-minded Breast Imaging Superintendent to join them.
This is an exciting time for an experienced Breast Imaging Superintendent to join a well-established organisation and improve our daily management of service provision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily HR activities, including recruitment and scheduling.
- Make informed decisions to ensure optimal service coverage.
- Ensure compliance with national and local guidelines and governance for staff, equipment, and policies.
- Guarantee the highest quality care for service users and investigate any complaints.
- BSc (Hons) in Radiography.
- Valid HCPC or equivalent with no restrictions.
- SoR accredited Post Graduate Mammography Certificate.
- IELTS Level 7, CEFR level C1 if English isn't your first language.
- Demonstrated senior-level management experience in a similar role in the UK.
- Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
- Previous experience in enhancing services and implementing change.
- Familiarity with performance review and development processes as well as application of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
