Supportive Housing Project Facilitator

Sanctuary Supported Living is excited to announce an opportunity for a Supportive Housing Project Facilitator within our Homelessness Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to empower individuals who have experienced homelessness to reach their full potential and autonomy
  • Evaluating individual needs by creating and updating support plans
  • Serving as the primary contact for all customer inquiries
  • Building rapport with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are upheld
  • Collaborating with external support networks to enhance customers' confidence, health, and well-being, while offering training and encouragement towards employment and education
  • Managing occasional crisis situations
  • Maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with adults who have faced homelessness
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently
  • Strong organizational capabilities alongside functional literacy and numeracy
  • Capacity to respond swiftly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and targets
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to pursue this qualification is essential
