- Present proposals to clients, highlighting how our services can meet their needs and improve their IT infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales, including equipment (desktops, laptops), labour-intensive projects, and services such as Microsoft 365.
- Ensure ongoing sales opportunities from existing signed clients by being their first port of call for technical queries.
- Work with the team to develop our IT support contract offerings and identify new product opportunities.
- Suggest and implement improvements in our service delivery and product offerings.
- At least 3 years experience of working in a Business Development environment.
- Ability to travel to client sites.
- Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate or Leeds area to facilitate office visits and client meetings.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
