Position Overview:

  • Provide targeted assistance to individuals or small groups, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • Adapt instructional materials to meet diverse learning requirements.
  • Uphold school policies and prioritize safeguarding in all interactions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, ensuring clear communication and cooperation.

Qualifications Required:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Experience in childcare, education, or a related support role.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding practices (mandatory training provided).
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualifications (Level 1, 2, or 3).
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is advantageous.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position ranges from £83 to £95, depending on experience.
