About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Technologist to join our team at Newly Weds Foods in Banbury. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the innovative development of retail coatings for both branded and private label products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new concepts for retail coatings from concept through to launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver concept presentations and conduct factory trials of new products.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Take responsibility for your own administration and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a food-related discipline.
  • Experience of concept development in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Full driving license.
  • Ability to work efficiently and eliminate waste (time and materials).
