We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Development Technologist to join our team at Newly Weds Foods in Banbury. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for the development of innovative retail coatings for branded and private label products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new products and concepts that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations
- Conduct factory trials and ensure successful product launches
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Take ownership of administration and project management
Requirements:
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a food-related discipline
- Experience in concept development in a food manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Motivated self-starter with a full driving license
