We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Communication Specialist to become part of our dedicated team at a specialist residential care facility. This position is suitable for individuals who are newly qualified or those awaiting their professional registration.

Location Overview
Our facility is a 20-bed residential service designed for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may exhibit challenging behaviours. We strive to create a secure, nurturing, and effective care environment that promotes independence and integration within the community.

We are looking for a Communication Specialist who possesses:

Relevant placement experience or a keen interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities. A focus on person-centred support and planning. An understanding of teamwork and a genuine desire to assist others. Strong organisational abilities. Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment. The capability to follow guidance from senior staff. Enthusiasm, motivation, and a passion for the field.
