Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for your territory, working closely with stakeholders from across our business to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Grow the pipeline of prospects and nurture relationships with potential customers, gaining a detailed understanding of their needs and how Veolia can add value to their organization.
- Lead the development of engaging propositions that give organizations a compelling reason to move to Veolia, using your knowledge of the customer, Veolia, and the wider industry.
- Support the integration of new customers through contract implementation and ensure a smooth handover to their Account Manager.
- Contribute to the achievement of Veolia's purpose to contribute to human progress by firmly committing to the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN.
- Proven track record of identifying business opportunities and developing, managing, and nurturing business relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound level of financial acumen and bid writing skills.
- Excellent communication, presenting, and negotiation skills, as well as strong customer focus and a passion for our business purpose.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow business in a competitive market.
