About the Role

We are seeking a talented Change Delivery Developer to join our Personal Lines Underwriting (PLU) Community. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering continual improvement to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis-based pricing or underwriting recommendations to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with colleagues from across the business to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and integrate new and existing tools, software, and platform integrations to enhance our products and services.
Requirements
  • Some knowledge of General Insurance is desirable, but not essential.
  • A positive mindset, quick learner, and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A constant desire to improve processes and the environment you work in.
  • Keenness to understand the 'big picture' and take an interest in our Strategy.
  • Experience in or exposure to coding, software development, or software engineering is advantageous, but not essential.
What We Offer
  • National salary circa £40,000, London salary circa £50,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's.
