About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Salutem Care and Education. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health issues to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals in their daily lives, enabling them to make informed decisions and take control of their lives.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as managing tenancy, personal care, and accessing education and employment opportunities.
  • Support individuals in developing and practicing independent living skills, such as cooking, shopping, and managing finances.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure a holistic approach to care and support.
