We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Eothen Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will be based at our care home in Gosforth, working 36 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical support and personal care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Adopt a person-centered approach, ensuring each resident's needs are met in a warm and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Experience in a care setting is desirable, but not essential.
- An enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check will be required.
