Job Summary

Colt Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, controlling, and overseeing supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective warehousing, logistics, and control tower operations to ensure accurate stock control and fulfillment to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage logistics services sourcing activities and maintain operational and financial relationships with third-party logistics providers.
  • Optimize storage and transport of inventory across Colt, including non-European locations.
  • Develop operational inventory management models with logistics third parties and local operational teams to support efficient equipment delivery.
  • Manage the operational delivery of inventory into the investment recovery process for revenue partners.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and control processes are maintained and audited regularly.
  • Establish and manage key stakeholder and supplier relationships, both externally and internally.
  • Monitor and report on logistics key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive action to correct issues arising.
  • Ensure processes and tools are continually optimized and documented.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain and/or field service operational environment.
  • Ability to manage a team across multiple countries and communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to negotiate at a senior management level with suppliers and Colt peers.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • High personal standards in terms of integrity and trust.
  • Self-motivated with inner drive and determination.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels.
  • Leadership with good communication to set clear direction and influencing skills to drive team members to achieve objectives/goals.
  • Customer service attitude and skills.
