Position Overview

Main Objective

  • Ensure that the reconciliations conducted by external service providers are timely and precise.
  • Facilitate the integration of new products and manage broker reconciliations.
  • Oversee and monitor cash discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for inquiries related to reconciliations.
  • Conduct reconciliations that remain within the organization, especially during business continuity scenarios.
  • Provide oversight for the Cross-product Reconciliation processes executed by our external partners.
  • Efficiently manage inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to enhance reconciliation processes.
  • Evaluate existing practices and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with the Audit and Internal Control Framework.
  • Act as the primary liaison between investment management divisions and service providers.
  • Contribute to broader multi-team projects and initiatives, including system testing and implementation.
  • Maintain awareness of compliance and regulatory data requirements, ensuring proper management of impacts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for service providers to resolve issues.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Preferred educational background at the graduate level, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in reconciliations is essential.
