The reconciliations team consists of five Reconciliation Specialists and a Team Manager, all based in London, supported by a dedicated Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

› Deliver outstanding client service to Investment Managers and internal stakeholders by ensuring precise record-keeping and minimizing reconciliation discrepancies (including cash, stock, FX, CFD, ETD, Repo, and OTC).
› Actively engage in change management initiatives and projects within the reconciliations team and across the broader Operations department.
› Collaborate with various Operations teams and Pictet business sectors to enhance service offerings and contribute to the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence.

Candidate Profile

› Proven experience in a reconciliation or comparable role within Asset Management, including the reconciliation of alternative assets and/or the development of customized reconciliations.
› In-depth knowledge of various reconciliation tools, with familiarity in the Gresham CTC reconciliation tool being advantageous.
› Experience in managing relationships with multiple custodians and navigating their online platforms.
› Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and Tableau; coding experience is a plus.
› A strong desire for continuous learning, with eagerness to engage with senior stakeholders and projects.
› Self-driven, resilient, capable of managing project objectives, and adaptable to meet SLA targets and deadlines.
› Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear manner.
› A proactive mindset towards error management, problem-solving, and resolution.
