Head of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our operations team in delivering exceptional event management services to major events and football clubs across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the operations team in planning and executing complex event plans, including traffic management, security, and stewarding.
- Develop and implement effective risk assessments and crowd management plans to ensure a safe and successful event experience.
- Manage direct reports and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with the staffing and recruitment manager to ensure the correct number and quality of resources are available for future events.
- Lead on all event day HR issues and work with the HR lead to resolve and rectify.
- Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are followed by the team and are fully compliant with all British Standards and legal requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in an operational or events environment.
- Proven track record of effective coaching and mentoring.
- Must hold a UK driving license and have extensive UK travel experience.
- SIA DS license desirable.
