Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure operational workflows in partnership with stakeholders
  • Create efficient setups for real-time and critical operational environments
  • Exhibit a systematic work approach with meticulous attention to detail
  • Develop intuitive forms/pages for user interaction
  • Identify and rectify bugs and issues
  • Collaborate with team members, testers, and stakeholders
  • Engage with software developers to ensure solutions adhere to standards
  • Provide advanced support as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Fundamental programming/scripting skills (e.g., Excel macros/VBA/JavaScript/C#/Java/Python/SQL)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a comprehensive perspective
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to operate independently
  • Understanding of system module interconnections
  • Effective communication skills with diverse team members

Desirable Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with C# and SQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Selenium
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Jira)
  • Background in Agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Exposure to accounting and auditing principles
