Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our Corporate and Planned Care Division, you will provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and contribute to the development of divisional workforce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders and managers across the division.
  • Develop and implement divisional workforce strategies aligned with the Trust's Workforce Strategy and vision.
  • Lead on TUPE programme delivery, coordinating all aspects of the programme and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with workforce colleagues on organisation-wide change programmes and support the development and use of workforce engagement, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Identify and deliver workforce-related cost improvement programs (CIP) across the Division, resulting in associated savings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a healthcare or public sector setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
