Head of Research and Insights

Forward Role Recruitment is working with a well-established Financial Institution to find a talented Head of Research and Insights to lead their marketing function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Insights specialist to drive business strategy and enhance marketing insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness, and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the clients and customer, along with the wider market insights – identifying trends, areas of opportunity and growth and utilise data to inform decision making and drive marketing strategy.
  • Provide excellent leadership to a small team, offering mentoring and support.
  • Through the use of insights, support the development of the commercial marketing plan – focusing on brand awareness, acquisition to supporting business growth.
Requirements:
  • A Senior Insights Specialist with a strong understanding of marketing.
  • Ability to lead high performing teams.
  • Highly analytical and data driven.
  • Ability to unearth insights and use to implement improvements and drive change.
  • Utilise Insights to drive business decision making.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to run large projects.
  • Be commercially minded and work strategically.
