Salesforce Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Digital Marketing and Strategy Specialist to join our team at Contechs Consulting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a luxury automotive OEM based in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-channel digital communications campaigns.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and CRM.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
