Position Overview: This is a permanent role that offers a blend of in-office and remote work, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications: We welcome applications from candidates who are either qualified by experience or hold AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications, whether partially or fully qualified.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to uphold high standards of financial governance.
- Oversee the weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounting cycles, delivering precise and timely financial reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to assist department managers in budget management.
- Manage the comprehensive financial processes, ensuring the integrity and completeness of the financial accounting system.
Key Duties Include:
- Generate accurate financial data and provide support to cost centre managers in budget oversight.
- Supervise the daily operations of the finance department.
- Offer financial guidance to committees and treasurers, ensuring all committee documentation is complete and reports are issued in accordance with compliance schedules.
- Accurately record and reconcile payroll and pension functions.
- Ensure all balance sheet control accounts are reconciled in line with compliance timelines.
- Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.
This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.
